	* vetDirectXInput: First captured frame sometimes is black.

	* vetCodec_IMG writing image not implemented.

	* vetCodec_XVID encoding not implemented.

	* vetFilterGeometric implementation is incomplete.
	* vetThread implementation is incomplete.

	* vetMotionLame implementation is incomplete.
	* vetMotionIlluminationInvariant implementation is incomplete.


 NOTEs

	* DirectX SDK is NOT compatible with Borland Compilers.
